Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.

Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and work to resolve the issue.

Return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Our pieces are thoughtfully designed and quality-checked in Toronto, and produced in collaboration with carefully selected manufacturing partners overseas.
