Refund policy

Due to the limited nature of our releases and small-batch production, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at rien.toronto@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To be eligible for consideration, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Products with the protective mirror film removed may not be eligible.

Exceptions may apply where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Original shipping costs for standard delivery will be refunded in accordance with EU consumer law. If multiple shipping options were available at checkout, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Refunds will be issued for the product price paid, including any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.
