Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location, selected courier, and Shopify’s discounted carrier rates. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and carrier; delays due to shipping providers, customs, or other factors outside of our control may occur.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we recommend contacting the carrier directly for any delivery issues.
